Developmental specialists, speech, occupational and physical therapists provide early intervention services in families' homes to help children 0 to 3 years of age reach goals for age appropriate development. Preschool Enrichment Program (PEP) is a home-based program designed to provide experiential education for children. Arkansas Better Chance (ABC) is a state-funded child development program for preschool children. Special preschool provides early education, developmental screening and assessments, intervention and therapy.
