Rogers Pre-Kindergarten Center: An early childhood program for 4-year old at-risk students, who qualify based on family income eligibility, foster care, or either parent is active military. Home-Based Preschool Program - Home Instruction Parents of Preschool Youngsters (HIPPY): Empowers parents to teach pre-kindergarten students (ages 3 and 4) the skills for school success.
