There are five ways to get a drug discount card:1) Print out the downloadable PDF from the website listed2) Download the Drug Discount App3) Fill out the form available at the website for small order of plastic card (for orders of 5 or more, please visit the NeedyMeds Subscription Center via website)4) Mail self-addressed stamped envelope with small donation to help defray costs to address listed5) Send a $5 donation or more through Network for Good using the link in the website listed (NeedyMeds offers a 30-day money back offer of donation if community member is unhappy with the drug discount card)
