Program provides Rapid Re-housing for individuals and families experiencing literal homelessness. Rapid re-housing is a short-term, community-based housing intervention that combines rent and utilities assistance with Case Management to assist participants in exiting homelessness quickly. Program participants are screened for eligibility and if determined eligible, entered into the HOPE program to begin working with a Case Manager to find housing in the community.
