Clinic accepts people with Medicaid and insurance through exchanges. If you have any questions about your eligibility, our fee structure and/or payment requirements, please call the Clinic.

Description

Program helps people with low-income receive the medical care, prescriptions, and advice they need when they cannot afford treatment elsewhere. They provide primary healthcare services for adults and children, Monday through Friday. Services NOT Provided:-Routine Vaccination-Family planning or birth control-Obstetric Services-Chronic Pain Management-Routine Physicals (except for pre-school & pre-employment physicals)-Does NOT accept lab test referrals from other clinics or agencies-Does NOT fill out Disability paperworkNote: March 30th, 10:00am - 5:00pm at the Good Samaritan Clinic in Go Downtown Fort Smith working together with the Mayor's Office and The City of Fort Smith, Arkansas will be hosting a COVID-19 Johnson and Johnson (single shot) vaccine clinic. Because they are hoping to attract those less fortunate, those with no phone or computer; the homeless and minorities living in poverty in their community, there will be vaccines available for walk-up - PLEASE HELP US SPREAD THE WORD LETTING THE COMMUNITY KNOW!
