Supervised Living Program

This is a residential-based program offered in a group home setting. Residents who have limited skills receive ongoing training to enable them to move to more independent living. Training provided includes daily living activities, environmental and behavioral strategies, appropriate social skills, health and fitness, community integration, recreation and leisure interests, academic skills including signing, writing, basic math skills, fine and gross motor skills, and independent living skills such as time and money management, transportation training, domestic tasks, problem solving skills, and personal hygiene. Direct care staff strive to be unobtrusive, and positive with each resident.

Provides services to children and adults with developmental disabilities, such as autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, etc. Our five Child Development Centers, located in Fayetteville, Farmington, Springdale, Huntsville and Siloam Springs, provide a full-day developmental program along with speech, physical and occupational therapy to children six weeks to five years of age. An on-site nurse is also available for children with special medical needs. Our programs for adults include vocational training, job placement, independent living options, community involvement and recreational opportunities.
