We connect individuals with job resources and opportunities to gain financial independence. Our case manager assists with: ensuring residents have all necessary documents needed for job applications assist with filling out job applications provide transportation services to job interviews, staffing agencies, Goodwill's career center offer life skills classes to help prepare and explore ways to pursue different career options.
Program provides work experience and entrepreneurial training for men and women ages 18-40. Through Ten-Jobs persons will have opportunities to earn money and learn from successful business persons.

The program serve as sites where job seekers can look for jobs in their own communities and get assistance by trained individuals who connect them to jobs using the Arkansas JobLink (AJL) system via computers and direct referrals. Job seekers can also register with Arkansas' State Employment Service and post their resume so they can be referred to jobs for which they may qualify.
