New Hope Refuge is a minimum 7 to 10 month stay based on personal growth for women 19 years of age and older who are struggling with substance abuse issues. The exact duration for each woman is based on her personal spiritual growth. Residents will go through two phases during the program including Phase 1 and Transition Phase.

This is a treatment program for substance abuse in adolescents, ages 13 to 19 years. Treatment services include diagnostic, assessment, and referral services in addition to addiction and chemical abuse/dependency counseling for non-acute adolescents.

Program serves patients, age 18 and older. It can function as a "step down" program for those coming from acute inpatient programs who need support transitioning back into their home lives. However, the patient does not necessarily have to have undergone an inpatient program first. In addition this program offers a more intensive, supportive treatment environment than a traditional outpatient program. While treatment varies for each patient, most patients seek support from the program for two to three months to solidify the skills and principles they've learned. This is an 8 week substance use disorder program is designed for consumers who need a step-up from outpatient services or a step-down from inpatient/residential care. The IOP provides 9 hours of evidenced based treatment per week.

Program is an inpatient medical stabilization service for people with drug, alcohol and health-related issues. Program accepts appropriate patients who are experiencing incapacitation due to substance use or are experiencing acute withdrawal symptoms. The Health Outreach Program: Assists economically disadvantaged individuals and families by promoting healthy sexual behavior and combating sexually transmitted diseases Educates and encourages participants living with diabetes, cancer, and hypertension to change their lifestyles, eat right, and take their medication as prescribed by their physicians Highlights the importance of prenatal care, reproductive health, and childhood immunizations Provides education about the dangers of smoking cigarettes, using other tobacco products, second-hand smoke, and e-cigarettes as well as providing referrals to tobacco cessation services Educates minority youth to prevent alcohol consumption Provides translation/interpretaation services Provides minimal transportation services Offers one-on-one and small group health information and education Organizes and facilitates health fairs Conducts health and disease prevention assessments Makes referrals to clinics, health departments, etc.

DASEP services available in Baxter, Benton, Boone, Carroll, Madison, Marion, Newton, and Washington. Services include mandatory pre-sentence screenings presented to the judge with appropriate recommendations for each adjudicated offender found guilty for the charges of Driving While Intoxicated (alcohol or drugs), Driving Under the Influence (DUI-Underage), Minor In Possession (Underage), False ID (Underage), as well as Boating While Intoxicated offenses.
