A medical withdrawal management service located within St. Bernards Five Rivers Medical Center. Clients who are in withdrawal from alcohol and/or other drugs are medically stabilized and managed on a medical/surgical unit, just like any other patient recovering from surgery or other medical conditions, preserving dignity and confidentiality. Clients are provided personalized aftercare plans and are followed for one year to determine recovery outcomes.

Program accepts appropriate patients who are experiencing incapacitation due to substance use or are experiencing acute withdrawal symptoms.
