24-hour emergency shelter in the event of extreme inclement or cold weather at the East End Community Center operated by The Van and in coordination with the City of Little Rock.

The City of Cabot will be hosting a cooling center at The Community Place for individuals needing relief from extreme heat. Bottled water will be provided while supplies remain. Pets are allowed but they must be on a leash.

Anyone in need is welcome to warm up in the Day Room during business hours of 8:00am - 3:00pm. Breakfast and lunch are both served. Referrals and transportation assistance are available to other shelters, especially The Salvation Army, for overnight shelter needs.
