Applicants must be customers of Black Hills Energy or Arkansas Oklahoma Gas. From time to time, Black Hills Energy may nominate special cases for assistance from the Program.

Description

Program is a home heating expense assistance initiative resulting from a partnership between Black Hills Energy and United Way of Northwest Arkansas (UWNWA).Assistance through the Black Hills Cares program is available starting on November 1, 2023. UWNWA, shall utilize available funds to aid needy individuals according to program parameters until funds are exhausted.Assistance is available for gas service bill payment.
