Second Change Youth Ranch is licensed by the Arkansas Department of Human Services as a Residential Child Care Facility. Counseling Clinic Inc. became responsible for their mental health component in June of 2013. It has a current capacity of 27 youth in residential group homes. Second Chance Ranch also has an independent living program in Bryant that has capacity of 8.
