Application process
2-1-1 Call specialist will help fill out a referral form. Representatives will contact quickly, usually within 24 hours during Monday to Friday, to complete the process.

Program staff help will build a comprehensive resource plan tailor-made to connect community members to solutions in health and human services in Northwest Arkansas.
