Project Concern is a water assistance program established by the City of Fort Smith to provide relief to low-income customers who use utility services solely for residential purposes.This program provides a discount toward water, sewer, and sanitation costs based on household income and disability or retirement status. More information on the possible discount available to residents can be found on their website at the application.This program does not provide financial assistance toward past due bills.
