The school nurse or counselor gives the application to the student, the parent fills it out and sends back to school, and the nurse or counselor keys it in to our website. They know immediately if it has been approved or not. If approved, the nurse or counselor selects the doctor and store closest to the student's home address and prints out the certificate to give to the student. (The parent calls the doctor listed on the certificate and sets up the appointment.)
