Phone for appointment. Same day appointments available. Walk-ins accepted.
Fees
Most insurance accepted, including Medicare and Medicaid. Assistance for those who are uninsured is available. If a community member does not have insurance, they are asked to contact Kelly Pollnow at (509) 416-0081 xt 2605 for intake screening and application.
