Brain Injury Program

Program assists Arkansans who have sustained traumatic injuries (primarily those with TBI) to locate services and resources within their local communities. Requests can vary from: locating a healthcare provider or therapist finding food securing shelter arranging transportation insurance benefits utilization assistance education about condition peer support groupsProgram website also provides a list of resource links for TBI Survivors and TBI caregivers.

Mon 9:00am - 5:00pm; Tue 9:00am - 5:00pm; Wed 9:00am - 5:00pm; Thu 9:00am - 5:00pm; Fri 9:00am - 5:00pm; Call Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Application process

A potential client can email or call the program. The call can be made direct to the office during business hours. A call can be made to the 24/7 Call Center anytime. The Call Center nurse/operator can sometimes assist the caller directly. But most of the time they will take the caller's number and have staff call them back during business hours.
