Program is a clinic that offers the following services: Multidisciplinary team including geriatric medicine, neuropsychology, neurology and social work Evaluation, management and treatment of patients with memory difficulties, cognitive related problems, and memory disorders including Alzheimer's Disease (AD), Dementia with Lewy Bodies (DLB), Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD), Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and Vascular Dementia (VaD) Neuropsychological, neurological and psychosocial assessments Neuroimaging and laboratory services
