1. Fill out a pre-application card. Please complete this form and either e-mail, mail, fax, or bring it to the leasing office. This form allows our management staff to determine what unit(s) you are eligible to apply for.2. Once your eligibility is determined, you will receive the application packet with a list of required documents that must be collected PRIOR to your application being processed.3. Once a complete application WITH all required documents is received and processed, all applicants go through an extensive rental, credit, and criminal background check.4. The final steps to being approved are putting down the deposit and having a home visit conducted by our management staff to help determine what type of resident you will be.
