Program offers Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide consultations, assessments, and interventions to address a number of issues ranging from traditional mental health (e.g. depression, anxiety, and diagnostic clarification) to healthy psychology issues (e.g. self-management of diabetes, terminal illness, obesity, chronic pain, healthy diet, smoking).
