Program provides affordable rental housing for individuals with low income. It also develops new multi-family units by utilizing the Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), low-income tax credits, Single-family Housing Down Payment Assistance Program, and other HUD programs.
