Description

Program is a Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program that is available to participants in the city limits of Harrison, Arkansas, and up to 15 miles beyond the city limits of Harrison. It provides rental assistance for families and individuals with low-income and in privately owned, existing and affordable units which are clean and safe.Program pays the rent subsidy directly to the owner or property manager of the rental unit with funds provided by the Housing and Urban Rural Development Commisssion.
