Due to funding being extremely limited to qualify the client MUST be verifiably homeless AND one or more of the following:- Physically disabled and receiving disability- Pregnant- Elderly (65+)- Have children (17 and under) that will be staying in the room with them- Have medical conditions that require the use of electricity.

Description

May provide assistance to prevent individuals and families from becoming homeless. The funds under this program are intended to target individuals and families who would be homeless if not for this assistance.Funds not to exceed $300 may be used for one month's past due rent/mortgage/lot lease for a mobile home, first month's rent/mortgage, three-night motel stay (case-by-case basis), or a portion of one month's past due rent if living full-time at a motel.
