Description

Helps those whose income is 30-50% of the area's median income. Prospective Habitat home owners contribute a small down payment toward their closing costs as well as 400 hours of "sweat equity" on the building of their home or someone else's.

Habitat for Humanity of Benton County, Inc. is a non-profit Christian housing organization whose goal is to eliminate poverty housing from within Benton County and to make safe, decent shelter a matter of conscience as well as action. Besides building homes, HFHBC helps to build relationships with its partners and the community that result in a sense of belonging for everyone involved.
