Eligibility

Is a single parent (see website for definition)Resident of Benton, Carroll, Madison, or Washington CountyA legal United States resident or a resident with DACA statusHas a high school diploma or GEDHas low to moderate income, typically not more than 250% of federal poverty guidelines Enrolled in or plans to enroll in a program of study at an approved institution Has completed or is in the process of completing the FAFSA (as applicable)Maintains a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.0
