Eligibility
you will undergo a medical history interview, a physical examination, and a blood test. Must be at least 18 years of age minimum and a maximum of 65 years of age and weigh at least 110 lbs. Your eligibility will be determined at your physical screening or at your next visit to BioLife Plasma Services. We may not be able to provide all eligibility requirements by phone.
