Be at least 18 years of age.Provide a valid government-issued identification card or current driver's license. Submit a copy of your Social Security card. If a Social Security card is not available at the time of the application, the individual will have thirty (30) days from the date of application to apply for a replacement Social Security card. A copy of the request for a Social Security card is acceptable. A copy of the Social Security card must be provided to management once received. If this verification or document is not provided within this timeframe, your lease will be immediately terminated. Provide all sources of income:Payroll stubs for the past three (3) months.Employment Verification from current employer,Award Letter from Social Security, V.A., or Pension/Retirement, etc.,"I Claim/I Wage" statement from Dept. of Workforce Services (dated within 60 days of move-in)Gift/Contribution Income Verification from an individual/organization providing financial support (dated within 60 days of move-in).Bank Statements for the past three (3) months, if applicable.Pay $25 NON-REFUNDABLE application fee (CASHIER CHECK, CASH or MONEY ORDER ONLY).
