Adult Education Programs

Adult Basic Education:Program provides basic academic instruction to adult learners functioning below the ninth-grade level. It features the following: Students take a placement test to identify subject areas needing improvement Students enroll in a flexible class schedule designed to improve skills in writing, social studies, science, reading, and mathematics Courses may include digital literacy, financial literacy, nutrition literacy, employability skills, and more Once these skills are improved, students are enrolled in classes to prepare them to pass the GED® assessmentGED Classes:Program provides instruction to prepare students to pass the GED test. It also provides an official GED testing site.ESL Classes:Program provides free English as a Second Language (ESL) classes from Level 1 through Level 6.Classes are provided face to face or virtually Monday - Thursday with morning and evening options available.

Application process

Please call for information and to request an application. Once the information is submitted, staff will contact applicant to schedule a pre-test. Successful applicants will have access to career coaches and college and career readiness courses.
