Program is a specialized service for inpatients of the hospital with serious illnesses. These services are focused on providing patients with relief from the symptoms, pain, and stress of a serious illness-whatever the diagnosis. Services are offered by a multidisciplinary care team including doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers and chaplains to address patient or family needs.
