Program aims to help individuals and families overcome obstacles that keep them from achieving their goals. The program offers personalized assistance in areas such as safe and affordable housing, employment, financial management, healthcare, and education, with the goal of helping participants reach self-sufficiency.Services may include: Resume development Interview coaching and job search assistance Educational advising Rental and utility assistance Nutrition assistance Assistance obtaining documents (identification, SNAP, medical insurance, school transcripts, social security and disability) Referrals

Eligibility

To be eligible for participation in this program, the participant must reside within CDCAA's five-county service area and be at or below 125% of the federal poverty line as determined by the federal Office of Management and Budget (OMB) based on the most recent federal Census data and as revised annually or more frequently by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.Services will be provided on a first come first serve basis with greater priority given to vulnerable populations (60+ years; disabled; or have children 5 and under.) Client eligibility is based on income.
