Health and Wellness Program

Program seeks to improve the health and wellness of immigrants by providing: ?Nutrition Programs which provide groceries to families with low income as well as healthy cooking classes Basic Needs provides clothing to individuals and families with low income Health Literacy Classes which teach families how to speak with their doctor and read and understand health-related information Case Management Services assist families and individuals access healthcare and provide personalized advocacy Emotional Health is provided through support groups, life coaching and workshops.
