Application process

Request an application in person, or download the application at http://www.fortsmithhousing.org/NelsonHallHomes/Application.aspx. Complete the application form and provide all documentation at the time of application. FSHA staff will review your application at the time you submit it to the main office and verify that all areas of the application are complete. If an applicant needs help in order to complete the application process, such as needing the application read aloud or interpreted, a FSHA representative will be able to assist. After you have been determined eligible, you will be notified and your name will be placed on the waiting list. Please feel free call the FSHA to verify your waiting list position at any time.When an opening becomes available we want to be able to notify you as quickly as possible. Should your contact information change while you are on our waiting list, we ask that you immediately inform us about the change to insure we can make contact with you.
