Program is a clinic that provides comprehensive non-emergency care for adults and children.* Services offered may include: Prevention, management, and treatment of chronic illness Women's health Wellness physicals for school, sports, camp and adoption* X-ray, Ultrasound, EKG, and laboratory services Minor skin procedures Nutrition counseling to help control hypertension, obesity and cardiac-related diseasesNot all services available at each location.
