Community Clinic accepts cash, check, major credit cards, ARKids First, Medicaid, Medicare, Arkansas Health Insurance Marketplace Plans and most private insurance plans. We have bilingual staff to help with on-site enrollment to ArkKids 1st, Medicaid and the Arkansas Health Insurance Marketplace. A sliding scale fee discount is available for those patients who qualify based on income.

Provides affordable dental care to adults and children. Offer a sliding scale discount to those who qualify. The sliding scale is a 50% discount on basic services: exams, cleanings, x-rays, fillings and extractions. Appointments may be scheduled for children at any time.Note: Community members are asked to call on the first Wednesday of the month starting at 8:30am, to make appointments for the month.
