Educational Support Services
Exists to improve the economy of Arkansas by supporting talented, hard-working single parents so they can get life-changing education and training, enter the workforce successfully and earn living wages to enable them to better care for their children. We achieve this by providing scholarships and other wrap-around services to eligible single parents.

Application process
Visit aspsf.org. Click Scholarships > Find Your County > click on the county you live in. Read all application instructions, eligibility criteria, list of required supporting documents, and application deadlines. Applications are available online or by download, depending on the county. Application forms, deadlines, application process, required documents, and more varies from county to county. Only apply with the Single Parent Scholarship Fund that serves the county you live in.

No fee for service.
Eligibility
Scholarship eligibility: Must be a single parent living in Arkansas with custodial care of at least child (under age 18) and have not already received a bachelor's. The exception are applicants who are pursuing a Master's of Arts in Teaching. Other eligibility criteria vary by county.
