Program provides assistance with reopening clients coverage. If community members lost coverage because they failed to provide requested information, they still can provide that information and have their coverage re-opened. They have 30 days to do so after their closing date if they qualified for Medicaid under Long-Term Services and Supports eligibility rules. They have 90 days after their closing date if they qualified for Medicaid under Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) eligibility rules.If one loses their card, they should call 1 (800) 482-8988 as soon as they notice their card is missing.NOTE:DHS is beginning the renewal process for ALL Medicaid beneficiaries NOW! If community members receive any request from DHS in the mail, THEY MUST RESPOND WITHIN 30 DAYS. Responding within 30 days allows community members to stay on their current Medicaid program or receive an automatic referral to the new program they may be eligible for. Adult Acute Psychiatric Program

Program offers acute inpatient care for adults age 18 and older who are experiencing emotional distress and mental health disorders, such as anxiety, anger issues, trauma, grief, addiction, depression or psychosis. The general adult inpatient care unit has two programming tracks depending on the severity of the patient's symptoms to make sure each patient is getting the kind of care, attention, and treatment they need for their level of crisis. Stays can be as short as seven days, but length will be determined based on the severity of the patient's needs.

A medical withdrawal management service located within St. Bernards Five Rivers Medical Center. Clients who are in withdrawal from alcohol and/or other drugs are medically stabilized and managed on a medical/surgical unit, just like any other patient recovering from surgery or other medical conditions, preserving dignity and confidentiality. Clients are provided personalized aftercare plans and are followed for one year to determine recovery outcomes.
