Program is a partnership between the Northwest Arkansas Food Bank and Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. It will give neighbors the power to choose their own food and manage their families' nutrition. This program will also provide wraparound programming and service referrals.Program will also provide resources in addition to food assistance, which may include the following:· Information about SNAP and WIC· Cooking and nutrition demonstrations· Nutrition education and recipes· Connections with resources for health/dental needs, housing, utilities, etc.· Resume building and job-seeking opportunities· Child wellness resources

The Emergency Food Assistance Program distributes commodities to food banks, soup kitchens, shelters and other nonprofit agencies. Donated foods are also made available for Disaster Assistance.
