Program provides prescribed medical supplies to children and adults with special needs and in special circumstances throughout Arkansas including: Incontinence supplies - Ages 3 and older - Covered by Arkansas Medicaid - ArKids A, SSI and Tefra Nutritional supplements - Ages 5-20 - Covered by Arkansas Medicaid-ArKids A, SSI, Tefra and occasional private insurance Catheters - All ages - Covered by Arkansas Medicaid, Medicare, and some private insurance Diabetic testing supplies - All ages - Covered by Arkansas Medicaid and some private insurance (no Medicare) including - Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) - Covered by Medicare and private insurance. Medicare requires: individual must test blood sugar 4 or more times a day; Individual must either inject insulin 3 or more times a day or wear an insulin pump Thickeners - All ages - Covered by Arkansas Medicaid and some private insurance.Products are shipped or occasionally delivered by patient care coordinator in emergency situations.

Cancer Services - Wig and Prosthesis Boutique

Program provides wigs, hats, scarves and turbans for individuals who have lost their hair during cancer treatment. The Boutique is designed to be a private and comfortable place where clients are assisted by trained volunteers and staff to explore and select head covering items. Post-mastectomy supplies including bras and breast prostheses are available. Program offers a variety of sizes and styles to meet the needs of individuals who have undergone a mastectomy.
