The program serve as sites where job seekers can look for jobs in their own communities and get assistance by trained individuals who connect them to jobs using the Arkansas JobLink (AJL) system via computers and direct referrals. Job seekers can also register with Arkansas' State Employment Service and post their resume so they can be referred to jobs for which they may qualify.
