HFA is a home visiting program model designed to work with overburdened families who are at-risk for child abuse and neglect and other adverse childhood experiences.

Adult out of home respite care, early intervention for children with disabilities-delays, home based parenting education and early childhood development services.

Offers one-on-one visits to empower young women to provide a healthy, nurturing and stimulating environment for their children, create positive family relationships and develop personal, educational and vocational skills that lead to a more productive life. Speakers for community organizations and staff training are also available.
