This program with membership provides access to CareLink's Fitness & Wellness Center includes access to our fitness equipment, indoor pool, group fitness classes, and our trainers and staff.Since we are committed to improving the lives of older people in Little Rock, our gym is geared towards the older population.

This program offers one on one fitness training, group training, aquatics programs and has a childcare center for children from 3 months to 12 years.
