Guides are willing to meet with families face-to-face, virtually, through text, email, phone, and during family events.

The school follows a state-mandated curriculum and provides individualized education to students from throughout Arkansas, many of whom live on campus during the week in dormitories. It serves students from preschool through high school and beyond through a comprehensive post-secondary program focusing on career and college readiness. The school also provides support for deaf and hard of hearing students in mainstream programs throughout the state and serves families of deaf children from birth until school age through a home-visitation program.
