Telehealth Program | Rivendell Behavioral Health Services of Arkansas

Telehealth Program

By utilizing user-friendly, HIPAA-compliant video and communications technology, this service allows a community member to see and speak with a doctor, nurse or therapist just as one would during an in-person consultation - all in real time, respectful of social distancing practices, and from home, office or anywhere one may be. Program offers: Fast access to a UHS-credentialed provider for assessment, advice, education, intervention and monitoring, such as: Call with Doctor or Nurse Video Visit with Doctor or Nurse Individual Behavioral Health Video Session with Therapist Group Behavioral Health Video Session Eligibility for Telehealth will depend on the medical or behavioral health condition and geographic location and ultimately will be determined by a mental health provider.For more information regarding medical eligibility, insurance coverage, and any out of pocket costs, community members are encouraged to contact their providers.Services Available with Telehealth at Rivendell Behavioral Health Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Family Therapy Virtual Visitation Mobile/Phone Assessment

Inpatient Behavioral Health

Program provides inpatient behavioral health care to clients who qualify.Program is licensed by the Arkansas Department of Health and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and are accredited by Joint Commission. The hospital has nine units and 222 patient beds in three service areas: General Adult, Adult Forensic, and Adolescent.

Adult Detox and Dual Diagnosis Program

Program provides a dual-diagnosis program for adults 18 and older who are trying to break the cycle of substance abuse and emotional distress. This acute inpatient program track offers evaluation and stabilization to adults in crisis through various therapy modalities and detoxification, so they can begin to understand long term effects of drug and alcohol abuse on the body and the mind and start their recovery journeys.Program also provides a private setting for community Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) & Narcotics Anonymous (NA) meetings that patients are welcome to attend during and after their treatment.

Program is a non-profit transitional living residence for homeless women, 18 or older, who have been treated for a mental, physical, or emotional disability. They provide a supervised environment while residents prepare for independent living.
