Program seeks to offer statewide educational programs and resources to students who are blind or visually impaired, ages birth through twenty-one, thus enabling them to become productive, self-sufficient citizens through the involvement of all students, staff, parents and the community.

Connects people with disabilities with one another for mutual support through support groups and peer networking. Project A Win: benefits planning and assistance program funded by the social security administration. A Win services are designed to help Arkansas residents with disabilities understand and use work incentives.
