Adult Residential Services

Our residential program operates on a 12-month schedule, 24-hours per day, seven days per week, providing for individuals diagnosed with intellectual disabilities. We serve men or women, 18 years or older, providing a transitional period to assist individuals who are moving out of their own homes and families for the first time, encouraging independence and choices.

Health Promotion and Disease Prevention

Program provides information and support to seniors, their families and caregivers with the intent to help the seniors improve their health and avoid illness.Program also includes Diabetic Education Empowerment Program (DEEP), which is an evidence-based program that is offered to educate those affected by diabetes.
