Transitional Employment Assistance

Program emphasizes work as the first step toward building a brighter future. Through training, education and work activities, individuals are guided to become self-sufficient. This federally funded program provides time-limited cash assistance to needy families with (or expecting) children. In addition, TEA furnishes parents with work training and other supportive services they need in order to attain permanent self-sufficiency. The TEA program also provides assistance to children being cared for by non-parental guardians. Financial assistance is based on family size, income, resources and the ages of the children. Time-limited support is provided with a variety of supportive services while moving individuals back into the labor market.

Home Health Services provide licensed or otherwise qualified medical professionals to give treatment in your home.SKILLED CARE: Home visits by a licensed nurse, nurse aides, physical, speech or occupational therapists and medical social worker for patients needing skilled care in addition to intermittent post-hospitalization care, which includes but not limited to wound care, injections, I.V. therapy, catheter care and other skilled nursing procedures that cannot by performed by a non-medical person. There is not an age limit to the skilled care program.EXTENDED CARE: Medically necessary services provided by a licensed nurse under the direction of the recipient's physician in their place of residence. Example: Ventilator-dependent, Intravenous drug therapy, Hyperalimination.

A local church (New Covenant International) prepares the meals and deliver them to the club sites. During the summer breakfast and lunch are provided.
