Second Chance Youth Ranch is a Faith-based program designed for youth in foster care who are needing a safe, stable, homelike environment. Students attend a local church, teen programs and summer camps. They are encouraged by house parents and staff to apply spiritual growth principles in their daily lives. Youth who come to Second Chance Youth Ranch will receive therapeutic services to help them heal from past traumas according to what they have been subjected to.

Our Assisted Living Facility located at 302 Woodmont Circle, Batesville Arkansas Affordable Housing for eligible seniors in 12 different locations.These programs are available through senior centers in the following counties in our service area: Cleburne, Independence, Sharp, White, and Woodruff.

This federally funded program provides time-limited cash assistance to needy families with (or expecting) children. In addition, TEA furnishes parents with work training and other supportive services they need in order to attain permanent self-sufficiency. The TEA program also provides assistance to children being cared for by non-parental guardians. Financial assistance is based on family size, income, resources and the ages of the children. Time-limited support is provided with a variety of supportive services while moving individuals back into the labor market.

The housing choice vouchers is a federal government's major program for assisting very low-icome families, the elderly, and the disabled to afford housing .

This program prepares and delivers regular meals to homebound seniors 60 years and older who are unable to shop and prepare the food for themselves.

Provides services to children and adults with developmental disabilities, such as autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, etc. Our five Child Development Centers, located in Fayetteville, Farmington, Springdale, Huntsville and Siloam Springs, provide a full-day developmental program along with speech, physical and occupational therapy to children six weeks to five years of age. An on-site nurse is also available for children with special medical needs. Our programs for adults include vocational training, job placement, independent living options, community involvement and recreational opportunities.

Benefits are distributed through an Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card. SNAP benefits can be used to purchase eligible food items for home consumption including seeds and plants which produce food for consumption by SNAP households. Farmers markets are available for SNAP benefits as well as eligible retailers. In addition to food assistance, the program provides SNAP recipients with nutrition education, employment and training, and work experience in some cases.Call (800) 997-9999 toll-free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to: Report a lost, stolen or damaged EBT card. Select a PIN when one receives a new card. NOTE: There is no need to change one's PIN if one requests a replacement card. Change one's PIN if someone knows what one's is or if one has forgotten a PIN. Balance inquiry. Obtain a list of last 10 transactions. Report if a store deducted the wrong amount. Ask a question about using EBT card. In the case of a disaster, the local DHS office will provide food. When help seekers mention the loss of food due to power outages or local disaster, they may request emergency food assistance. For power outage, the form requires proof of time power was lost and when it was restored. Customers have ten (10) days from the time power is restored to submit the request for assistance.

Program provides a carefully balanced framework of home environment, specialized professional services, and a gradual decrease of supervision to encourage self-respect, responsible judgment, and practical life exzperiences. Qualified staff is on-call twenty-four (24) hours per day and provide guidance and training in basic life skills focusing upon normalization and independent living skills during the waking hours.Progress is monitored with the development of an individualized program plan and through measurable outcomes that teach self development, decision making, and home management skills.Each complex has an office, laundry facilities, and a Community Room. The individual lives in a private apartment with rent assistance. The resident must possess personal skills to enable self-sufficiency. Program provides some daily living and skills training.
