Program helps low-income participants to achieve their dream of home ownership through "sweat equity."
After successful completion of the program the veteran receives the deed to the home, mortgage-free. Accepts veterans who are honorably discharged or retired and service members currently serving in the National Guard or Reserves. Formerly known as Homes on the Homefront or (HOTH),

This program builds homes for a zero percent interest rate, making these homes affordable to persons and/or families who have lower than normal incomes. These homeowners then make monthly payments to Habit for Humanity instead of making payments to a bank.
