Program provides examination, evaluation, and treatment of physical impairments through the use of special exercise, application of heat or cold, and other physical modalities. The goal is to assist persons who are physically challenged to maximize independence and improve mobility, self-care, and other functional skills necessary for daily living.

Currently operational in three locations: SoCal program: serves those primarily being treated at Balboa Hospital and Camp Pendleton.Maryland program: serves those primarily being treated at Bethesda Naval Medical Center/Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and Fort Belvoir.San Antonio program: serves those primarily being treated at Joint Base San Antonio and Audie Murphy VA Hospital.

There may be waitlist for service. Please call for information.If community members have documentation from a physician stating that they cannot receive essential medical treatment due to their dental condition they can apply for the program even if their county is closed.If community members are veterans who meet the qualifications above, they may apply to the program by clicking the link below.
