TARGETED CASE MANAGEMENT provides assistance to Medicaid recipients ages 60+ who are disabled and need assistance in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational and other services provided under Arkansas Medical State Plan and other community services.COUNSELING SUPPORT MANAGEMENT provides assistance to Medicaid recipients ages 18-64 who are disabled and need assistance in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational and other services provided under Arkansas Medical State Plan and other community services.SENIOR CASE MANAGEMENT is a private pay case management program to assist recipients and/ or family/friends with information and coordination of services.CLIENT REPRESENTATION provides assistance to non-Medicaid recipients in gaining access to needed medical, social educational and other services available in the community.

Our residential program operates on a 12-month schedule, 24-hours per day, seven days per week, providing for individuals diagnosed with intellectual disabilities. We serve men or women, 18 years or older, providing a transitional period to assist individuals who are moving out of their own homes and families for the first time, encouraging independence and choices.
