METRO Links riders are certified as paratransit-eligible under the Americans with Disabilities Act and have access to origin-to-destination bus service to and from locations that are within three-quarters of a mile from a non-express fixed bus route.

Wounded, ill and injured service members may apply to live rent free while going through the transition process. Currently operational in three locations: SoCal program: serves those primarily being treated at Balboa Hospital and Camp Pendleton.Maryland program: serves those primarily being treated at Bethesda Naval Medical Center/Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and Fort Belvoir.San Antonio program: serves those primarily being treated at Joint Base San Antonio and Audie Murphy VA Hospital.

Program offers long-term residential treatment programs that provides specialized training and development programming to youth ages 6 to 17 who have intellectual disabilities and/or related developmental disabilities.

Provides information about state and local resources for adults with disabilities: basic screening for Working Disabled Medicaid and other programs for adults with disabilities. Information on SSI-SSDI work rules and work incentives and referral to benefits specialists.

Program provides access to comprehensive dental care if client meets ONE of the following criteria: Over 65 years of age Permanently disabled Need medically necessary dental careNo emergency or cosmetic procedures. There may be waitlist for service.
