The program is operated by certified volunteers and allows clients the opportunity to file and direct deposit their tax refund for free and ensure proper tax credits are utilized.NOTE: Beginning in 2017, a new law requires the IRS to hold refunds on tax returns claiming the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or the Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) until mid-February. Under the change required by Congress in the Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes (PATH) Act, the IRS must hold the entire refund--even the portion not associated with the EITC and ACTC--until at least February 15. Children must be age eight or older to compete. Special Olympics events include alpine skiing, aquatics (swimming, diving, flotation races), athletics (running and track and field), badminton, basketball, bocce, bowling, cross country skiing, cycling, equestrian, figure skating, floor hockey, golf, gymnastics, powerlifting, roller skating, sailing, soccer, softball, speedskating, table tennis, team handball, tennis and volleyball. Included are organizations that sponsor, organize, hold, promote, sell tickets to and publicize the events; provide information about competition schedules; and/or maintain information about current standings.

For power outage, the form requires proof of time power was lost and when it was restored. Customers have ten (10) days from the time power is restored to submit the request for assistance.

The CJS Sanctions Program includes community service supervision, intensive supervision and tracking, and electronic monitoring/home detention services. This program is available to the Juvenile Court as an alternative to commitment for juvenile offenders. Through community service supervision, CJS sanctions staff supervise youth as they complete a specified number of court-ordered hours of volunteer labor for area non-profit agencies and schools. The intensive supervision and tracking program offers court-ordered intensive monitoring of youth through contact with CJS staff for a specified period of time. The electronic monitoring/home detention program utilizes GPS technology to electronically monitor a youth's whereabouts at all times.
